MY OBJECTIVE... 

To list, market, and sell residential, land and commercial properties in the metropolitan Atlanta area.  To maintain a high professional standard among the general public, my community and my real estate peers.  To bring a smile to each person I meet!!!

MY BACKGROUND... 

I relocated to Atlanta in 1984 from Dallas, Texas.  I have extensive training and experience in residential, as well as, commercial real estate; including sales, property management, interior design, building and zoning.

MY EXPERIENCE... 

I have been licensed as a full-time, dedicated Real Estate Professional with RE/MAX since April 1994.  Prior to joining RE/MAX I served three years with Coldwell Banker.  My previous experience includes multi-dwelling residential property management, moving into this field from commercial property management.  My repertoire also includes, computer software development, installation, training and customer service, health insurance, abstract and title research and service with the Social Security Administration.

MY EDUCATION... 

I am a native Texan and have earned my designations from the Georgia Realtor's Institute “GRI”, the Accredited Seller’s Representative “ASR”, the Accredited Buyer’s Representative “ABR” and I am a Certified Distressed Property Counselor "CDPC".  Since moving to the metropolitan Atlanta area in 1984, I have had extensive training in marketing and presentation of residential and commercial property, as well as, property management and sales. I am currently attending classes to earn my Certified Residential Specialist "CRS" designation.  I am a dedicated, honest and ethical professional.  I am also very passionate and serious about my real estate business while taking my clients best interests and happiness to heart.

MY AFFILIATIONS... 

I have been a member of the President’s Club thirteen (13) out of fifteen (15) years since joining RE/MAX.  I am a member of the Cherokee Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Accredited Buyer’s Association, the Accredited Seller’s Association, as well as, the Woodstock Midday Optimist Club and Optimist International.  I have served my associations and the general public with work on various volunteer committees and fundraisers to improve the lives of families and children within our community and state.
